Let’s harvest a year’s worth of garlic. This garlic is a little extra crunchy because I had just gone on vacation, but it looks really good. This one definitely split from being in the ground too long, but that’s okay. It still looks edible. Once I get these all pulled out, I’m going to be uh putting them on a hardware cloth mesh to air them out and cure them. They will be on my patio where they’re away from sunlight. we don’t get rain, so it’ll be a nice environment for them to cure. I’ll leave them out for maybe about 2 weeks and then check on them to see how they’re doing. Overall, the bulbs look fantastic. They’re a good size. Some of them are a little bit small because I planted some a little close together, but I did end up with a year supply of garlic, and I’m so excited.
