Hello! I received this plant as a gift for Christmas last year. I keep it a terra cotta pot with a drainage hole and in Miracle Gro because that's what I had on hand. (I'm hoping to repot it with succulent mix and perlite.) It became etiolated, but I didn't realize what was happening at the time, partially because it happened slowly and partially because I am new to plants. I have since moved it to a sunnier window. I'm hoping to propagate it into a less leggy plant. I saw that you could twist off the leaves and place them in soil, but I did that a couple months ago in the same pot and they've grown roots but nothing else. I'm scared to cut off and replant the rosette since it seems to not have worked with the leaves. How long should the process take?
