The Halloween Merchant has arrived in Grow a Garden, but only for a single day on October 31st. Unlike other traveling merchants, this one won’t disappear after an hour. But you’ll only be able to purchase items from the Halloween Merchant Shop for the day, so here’s everything you can expect to see.

What Does the Specter Do?
The Specter is an exclusive pet to the Halloween Merchant shop. It will roam around your garden and haunt random crops. It has the chance to apply three different types of mutation. At around 25%, it’s more likely to mutate your crops with Vamp. A rarer mutation it can produce is the Spooky Mutation, and finally, the least likely mutation it will apply to your crops is Ghostly.
What Does the Vampire Fang Do?
The Vampire Fang is an item that really lets you get into the spirit of Halloween. If you hold it in your hand and click, you’ll instantly turn into a cute little bat and can zip around the island for 30 seconds each time.
You can even collect crops while you’re living your best bat life, so why not harvest any hard-to-reach crops?
Cosmetic Items
Decorate your garden with the spooky delights from the Halloween Merchant shop. There are two fences to choose from, so if you’re not a fan of the white picket look, you can opt for a Skull Fence or Cemetery Fence. As well as the fences, you can add a Lich statue to your garden.
Spider Vine and Monster Flower Seeds
There are two exclusive seeds you can pick up from the Halloween Merchant. One is the Spider Vine, which is a black seed with red eyes. As it’s a vine, the white stem will climb from your garden, with spider-looking plants growing at the end of it.
Meanwhile, the Monster Flower is a greyish-purple seed with a visible set of teeth. This one grows low and has dark green and orange hues at the base. The flowers themselves are pinkish-purple.
