When she arrived a couple weeks ago, it seemed to be just done flowering? Flower was completely fizzled out and already turning into this hard thing 🫣 Is she getting ready to split and does she need anything?? (Last photo was upon arrival)

She looks great! If she’s in a good potting mix under the soil topper then I’d say nothing. Should split here soon. Also that flower looks to have been pollinated, you should be able to extract the seed pod sometime next summer.
