Old Adage: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of Cure. Invest a Couple of Hundred $ and get a Battery back up from Best Buy or some other retailer. Less worry about the power being off

Only time will tell…, I’ve had worse that bounced back and finished well, I’d keep it going and see how they look in a week

What power cut? This looks like a 5 day power cut if anything. I’ve had cuttings arrive after one week in trucks and they looked healthier, so it’s more than just ‘a random power outage ruined everything within a few hours’ I reckon. It somehow doesn’t fit.
Did the power outage for example stop giving them water for days on end ( as that is pretty much how they look on image 1 )?
