

I’ve got a patch of Anise Hyssop. (Agastache foeniculum) and if you’ve ever grown it, you know it produces a load of seeds. I leave most for the birds but decided to collect some this year. A different take on poppy seed muffins. They turned out great! The seeds don’t quite have as much flavor as the leaves do, but it’s still delicious.

Oh wow, that’s awesome. Are there any comparison you can give? I’d be very curious what they taste like!
