I started these props in water and just put them in the soil about a week ago. They are under grow light and coming along fairly quickly, I think. How much bigger should they get before I separate them?

Generally, when the leaves are the size of a nickel, I would separate and repot them.
I’d gently remove them from the pot you recently put them all in together and give them their own space in their own 2″ pots. They need some humidity, so dome them. They’ll mature faster. I keep mine in with the mother as long as she’s healthy, until they get to be as big as she is. Separating them is much easier that way.
