Please be gentle – what is happening to my violet?
I have cared for African violets for nearly 15 years and I’ve never had an issue. They just all as a whole seem to have gone downhill lately. Is this mites? Mold?
I’m so sorry. It looks like not enough drainage?! Or the soil wasn’t the African Violet soil. I would ask a plant specialist. 💟

Is it powdery or webby? How are the roots?

Do you have any other pictures? Undersides of leaves and leaves that are still green?? It could be pests or it could be watering. Do the stems feel mushy near the soil? Too hard to tell from one picture.
The one thing I’d add is you should quarantine this ASAP. At first sign of plants doing anything wonky, it’s a good idea to isolate them from the rest of the babies!!! Here’s hoping someone here can figure out exactly what’s going on!

At this point, I’d quick pull a leaf and propagate just in case.

I provided some links in this post ==> [https://www.reddit.com/r/AfricanViolets/comments/1o7f1e1/help_am_i_going_to_lose_these_guys/](https://www.reddit.com/r/AfricanViolets/comments/1o7f1e1/help_am_i_going_to_lose_these_guys/) for diagnosing AV issues. They might help.
