Had her for 4ish months, Costco buy. Had to treat for mealy bugs when she came home but other than that has seemed like a happy camper. Gets excellent light in a southwest facing window, shower and a soak when she needs it. She came rootbound, repotted her after about a month into a grow sack with a well-draining soil mix. Fed about every 2-3 weeks through summer. Figured the scarring on the edges of the leaves was mostly from less-than-ideal box store conditions and mechanical damage, but it’s getting WORSE and developing these very delineated, yellowing edges around the brown spots. What am I dealing with??!?!

Mine looked like this when I wasn’t watering thoroughly enough. Make sure to really soak the soil evenly until a good amount of water runs through the bottom
Your plant brown leaves on a fiddle leaf fig is due to a fungle infection from the roots sitting in too much moisture. First of all, the plant should be shifted another pot or container. A few days ago I faced a similar problem and I followed the tips written on the [page.](https://myindoorplants.com/2023/09/25/what-causes-how-to-cure-fiddle-leaf-fig-brown-spots/)
