So many regulated pgr that could cause this paired with good genes it’s one hundred percent possible this is not PGR
It could have been vaccume packed for transport and this is afterwards ( unlikely)
But there’s plenty of brassinosteriods and cytokinins that will give this whole appearance when applied at the right stage of growth
People see dusty hard flower and think pgr
When it could simply be dwc or coco and good genes.
Ide love to take a test out on a nug like that

What are yall talking about? My last round came out looking like this with 4/5 strains and I grow all organic in soil. PGR weed has a lack of trichomes and smell. Density isn’t a good indicator by itself.
