Was out and about here in NI recently and noticed a few plants blooming.

I don’t recall this from previous years. Could the warmer summer have had an affect?

I’m in SE England and flowers are still thriving everywhere, but October’s a pretty mild month. I even have a sunflower ready to pop open and primroses that are coming back up. My hydrangea usually doesn’t finish flowering until November.

These pink flowers look suspiciously like Himalayan Balsam. If I’m right they are a foreign, vigorously invasive plant, and should not be planted in any garden.
They’re very pretty, but should not be encouraged.

Himalayan Balsam. Pull it up it’ll come out easy then put it in your household normal rubbish bin to be incinerated.
