Before anyone roasts me for the state of this fog let me start by saying I am not a gardening and I haven’t touched this so the butchering that took place is not my fault.

This fig lives in the fire station I work at and we have several people that want to rip it out but it’s been here since the station was built (1957) so I’d love to try and bring it back. If anyone could please give me advice on where to trim (nearly all the leaves have some type of brown), how often to water, and if I should fertilize at all I would really appreciate it.

It’s obviously indoors and faces east so only gets morning sun and I direct the rest of the day so conditions are great it has just been neglected for the last 30yrs or so
