It’s just a kratky setup in a red glass vase. I’m sure you can find options online.
Looks like the plants are in little cups with a string hanging down into the water. Google wick watering, and kratky. 2 different ways to grow, but they can be combined

Wouldn’t algae grow all over inside those?
Basically any decorative container you like the look of and that will hold water in the bottom half and a cheap plastic pot with your plant and grow medium with wicking string suspended at the top of it so it won’t fall down into the water. Will work beautifully as long as you can lift the pot out conveniently enough to check and top up or replace the water . I’d be looking around for nice looking vases, preferably opaque ones so nutrient solution won’t grow algae due to light.
