I saw this plant in Zara and I absolutely loved it. I think it might be a Bucida buceras, but if you think it’s something else, please let me know!
Also, does anyone know where I could buy one without paying something like 2000 euros?

I am not very sure but it looks like a bucida to me.
You are right. It looks like a Terminalia sps.
There are a huge number of Terminalia sps being used indoors and outdoors probably because of its tree architecture or its “Terminalia pattern”
