To repot or not?

This is Greg. Greg is tall and has given me two fiddle leaf babies through propagation (Gary and Greta), not pictured. I love him very much.

I've seen on some posts that FLF roots growing up and out of the dirt in their pot and this is supposedly fine. I've seen others saying it needs a larger pot. Does Greg need a new pot, or a soil top up, or is he happy?
