I adopted this nerve plant on 9/21 and she was thriving and robust! Over the past couple of days she seems to be having a hissy fit over something and I can't figure out why? She's in a south facing room with plenty of indirect sunlight and great air flow, planted in a terracotta pot with plenty of room to stretch her roots and she was last watered about 7 days ago. Why is she so sad??

lol they are SOOOO dramatic about water. Find a new pot that isn’t terracotta. She’s thirsty.
They actually bounce back pretty quickly after you water.
I’d bet it’s underwatered. Fittonias are the perfect terrarium plant because they love moisture so much. They can even be kept submerged for several months.

I have mine in a self watering pots because she is a thirsty one lol. I keep the soil moist basically all the time and she’s fine.
Woke up in the morning, and mine looked like it was on its last legs, gave it a good watering, and came back to its old self i guess it was trying to get on my nerves.
