Ive had this since June, I'm not sure how old it is! I got it as a gift.
This hasn't seem to have changed much, I was given this plant in a small pot but I changed it to this medium sized one shortly after I got it.

The pot is much too big. The best ratio is a pot that’s 1/3 the diameter of the crown of the plant. Make it a little cozier and it’ll probably start to do better.
My understanding has always been that it needs to be ‘tight’ (not root bound, but snug) before it will flower.
If that is true, you have a mighty long time from the look of the plant to pot size.
I hope I am wrong and you get blooms sooner than that. 👍🏻
I upped my light and fertilizer game (I also wick water) and they have really responded. Blooms all around.
Read up on those also. Definitely the smaller pot and the original pic looked planted low so rise up a bit n
