Definitely trichocereus, looks to be pachanoid

This is scop. The skin will be tough and leathery, more dull compared to Pach. The rib and tip shape is different to Pach. Could of course be a hybrid, but the picture isn’t clear enough for me to tell.
You can definitely use it as grafting stock!
