Those are new budsites. No worries. Pollen sacks hang down and they kinda look like tiny watermelons with the stripes.

If it’s Hermed it will looks like this the pollen sacks will pop out not a good smoke thay are good for breading that’s it pal way to much stress can do it as well pal

Keep removing the apical buds to get them to grow, that way you’ll get more colas
Looks like just new growth to me. Balls a pretty distinct. Unless it herbs. Looks fine so far to me.
