This is my newest drosera Regia. My last one died when I repotted but it’s coming back from the roots. As you can see, this one isn’t even fully unfurling its leaves before they brown and die.
I have a couple of these guys and they do nothing but suffer in my home.
Currently sitting between 4-600 PPFD, they are under the same lights as some of my sarracenia, my entire Heliamphora collection, and my flytrap bog. They sit in their water dishes like basically every drosera I own.

Other important points: It hasn’t been finishing any physical food I give it, which you can see with the partially digested meal worm and the fish food pellets. It has osmocote pellets in the soil: 2-4, which I would add like every 6 months at most.
I use a foliar spray via misting to the rest of my drosera and I try to spray him too when I do that
What’s the temps you keep em at?
Looks really wet. I grow them with and without trays but the ones in trays I let dry out for 3-5 days before watering again and the tray is very shallow, less than 1″. Moisture level is more similar to a Nep than your typical drosera.
Regarding your question about heat, I don’t find them sensitive to heat as long as nights are still cool. I grow them outside in the summer and we had temps in the mid 30s (85-95F) for a few weeks with no issues.
Regias are HEAVY feeders
