Pull them to be on the safe side. It’s some type of nightshade.

It looks like black nightshade but not the deadly kind. I don’t know if it’s poisonous to dogs but you should avoid it to be safe unless someone else knows better.

Eastern black nightshade, Solanum emulans. Native to the US and Canada. Its berries are edible (for people) when fully ripe. The plant is good to have around for pollinators and birds.
Like all nightshades, it’s somewhat toxic to dogs. If you have other nightshades (tomatillo, eggplant, potato, etc) and are worried about this plant, it’s the same “danger” as those are. Don’t let your dog eat any of them.

Manathakkali (Tamil) (Black Nightshade, Sunberry, or Wonderberry in English) is found vastly in our farm lands of South India.
The fruits are sweet when ripe, Our kids love to find these and eat. We even cook the leaves with small onion, coconut shredding and eat as it cure mouth related problems.

Clustered black berries with a small Calyx and no thorns on the stems points strongly towards black nightshade. The ripe black berries are edible, but the rest of the plant is toxic. If you dont think you can keep your dog away from it, then pull it.
