Just noticed a pine on my property looks like it's splitting in half. Do you think this is actively splitting?

    That’s a good one to remove if it’s near targets. Can’t tell if it’s near anything from your pictures.

    Get it cabled, braced, or removed asap. Thats only going to get worse.
