    Kinda looks like dock, can’t tell which exactly but genus rumex, which is toxic to horses so you hopefully are throwing hay out there for them as well or they have other things to be eating they not interested in it. They do have to eat a fair amount for the toxicity to be an issue. It’s a plant that tends to show up when there’s nothing else left for it to compete with.
