Love this. I want to do something similar! Are the wildflowers dead headed? Or mowed every so often? Wondering how that’s works?! 😂🌸

Those look like Cosmos flowers. They flower for a long time. Mine are dying off now after a couple months of blooms.

Ik the cosmos are getting center stage, but I love seeing that they have natives in the background too!!! So many people think a flowers a flower, but nothing holds a candle to the biodiversity power houses that are native plants!!!

How wonderful! Mine was supposed to be zinnias and cosmos but I ended up with 10 billion sunflowers too.
Well they’re just showing off now 😉 That’s stunning. Some people are talking about natives, but in my book if it isn’t seriously invasive and the bugs/birds/bees like it, I’m happy!

I didn’t know this sub existed but my yard looks a lot like that. My husband has been working on it for a few years now and it’s still a work in progress but it’s amazing how many bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds come by.
