I've started growing a few herbs with a Letpot about 21 days ago, and so far I was very happy how quickly they were growing. I noticed however about 3 days ago that my basil plant had a quite instable stem and kind of fell over. I've added a stick to give it a little bit of stability. However it seems like at the bottom the stem is starting to rot, or at least it's very thin and has an unusual color.
Anybody had a similar issue or has some advice, if I can rescue the plant or if it will follow its (non-hydroponic) predecessor into the grave?
