This is my 2-year terrarium, and it was thriving until my stup1d ass opened the lid for some air as it had high condensation and forgot it that way. I feel like screaming, crying, you name it. I put some water and closed the lid, should I remove the droopy leaves? Is it too late for my poor terrarium? 😭😭😭 they were two fittonia plants inside

Every single time I’ve had fittonia in my terrariums and tried taking some cuttings out, they ended looking like this in a few hours
I put them back in the terrarium and they all were back to thriving

Honestly I would suggest just monitoring it and keeping them in high humidity in your terrarium, they should go back to their old selves

At least that’s what worked for me, I hope it’ll work for you too !

Just make sure to keep the soil moist and have high humidity, other than that leave it alone. In my experience, fittonias are just super dramatic when they get slightly dry.

It should perk up in a day or so
