Citrus doesn’t bolt. Pic 2 is etiolated. They both look like they may have gotten weirdo off-type genetics. Have to let them grow a bit more to say for sure.
FYI citrus won’t do well in kratky, the roots need oxygen and suffocate pretty easily. New roots can adapt somewhat to low-oxygen conditions, but changing water levels will be pretty stressful. Does well in DWC.
