I grew too much


6 plants in a 2×4. Mixed auto seeds I had lying around from 4-5 years ago.

    Depends on if he wants to be legal or not. I planted 8 plants, my husband was concerned that we would have more dried bud than is legal to have.
    It isn’t going to matter since 6 were male.

    Opinions will differ. I agree that six plants in the 2 x 4 is too much. Even autos.

    I think two plants is great, because you can really focus your resources and they will have plenty of airflow, especially if you do a little bit of training early on. Four plants probably fine if they are not a phenotype that is known to grow too large. But six is generally a bit crowded, and creates issues with airflow, and access for trimming and monitoring for pests and such.

    But every grow is a learning experience. Be sure to journal and write down your experiences and your findings so that you can avoid the same pitfalls next year.

    Either that, or just get a bigger tent! Lol

    I told my plants, no more than the four ounces I can legally possess. I laid it on the line. When they disobeyed I was forced to cut them down in the end.
