I started some little gem lettuce seeds. This came up with those seedlings and I am not sure what it is. The only other type of leafy vegetable seeds I have are spinach and kale. I know it is not either of those. Does anyone know? It has a slight cabbage flavor. Hope it is not poisonous.

Artichoke or wasabi
It’s a Chinese cabbage ( *Brassica rapa chinensis* ), could be Bok Choy or a similar variety.
I don’t have any of these in my seeds. Does this happen often that a different plant strain mixed in your seeds.
