I found this one amongst other dropped leaves at the hardware store today, not sure what it is but I’m excited to find out!
This is the only one with this. Google says rosette? But it also says that happens after roots form. We all know how unreliable Google can be though so I’m here for the experts.
Any advice on how to care for it would be appreciated if it needs anything different than the usual, the others are sitting out to callus

Looks like some kind of sedum! Gently put it on some soil and nature should do the rest; spray the water to wet it if you see the leaf wrinkle!
The red bits are roots. Put it on some well draining soil, I use succulent/cactus mix. Some people just lay the leaf on top of the soil, but I bury the tip a bit. Then drip a little bit of water on the root area every week or so and wait.
Good luck!
