Noticed one of the leaves on my Thai Constellation is white, yellow, and green. Is this normal?

Plantar have multiple layers of chlorophyll (the green stuff) – variegation disrupts these layers, sometimes a single layer, sometimes more, that’s what creates color variation.
Also – tricolor is usually white/green/red.
