I've been getting these egg like things eating my plants and i check everyday but it keeps coming back . How do I prevent this? Is my plant ok ? Can I still eat this vegetable? 🙁 all my vegetables are affected and im sad

Leaf miners. They go for the lower leaves usually and in young plant sor sick leaves. Usually leave it and make sure you plants pH and ec are correct for the plants age and the plant will outgrow and fight it.
Leaf miners indeed, if you look on the back of your leaf you can spot them somewhere in the tunnel and crush them with your fingertips.
