Found at the local hardware store near a plant labeled Pretty in Pewter, which I believe to be a crassula

I haven’t propagated many succulents before, how should I handle it?

A couple of the leaves are falling off, can I prop those too?

Is it already calloused?

Are those little things roots?

    Those are aerial roots from when it was on the plant just pull of that bottom leaf and stick it in a pot. Just forewarning you it’s a bastard. Not enough light and it gets leggy, but one photon over what it wants, it starts looking burnt and crispy.
