For LED hydroponics, I don't know much about the plants' light needs

Lots of useless light wavelengths in there. At its most basic levels, high levels of blue promote vegetative growth, while reds promote flowering/fruiting. The greens/yellows are less useful to the plant, despite producing plenty of lumens.

It’s doable for growing but its obvious it isn’t specifically a grow light. It looks like a broad spectrum, regular light bulb. I pulled a sample of what a modern “Full spectrum” LED puts out and you should notice the huge spike on the deep blues and reds, and steers away from greens and yellows.
