Leaves finally made their way to the surface!

I got some leaf cuttings from Etsy in mid May. They all had long stalks. I rooted them in water without thought of trimming the stalks. I only realized my mistake when I planted the rooted leaves in soil, the new leaves would have to start from the end of the stalks buried deep in the pots and make their way to the surface. It took forever. I finally saw the first signs of leaves in one of the pots a couple of days ago! So it basically took 3 months from the moment I stuck the leaf cuttings in water!
