My flame thrower red bud came out in spring looking beautiful, though it did not flower. Over the summer months, the leaves have turned this yellow color and it isn’t putting out any new growth. It gets a deep watering from our sprinkler system twice weekly, and it’s generally been a wet summer here.
Any ideas?
