My marble queen (bought on FB marketplace) is having some unique variegations and making me wonder if it's a hybrid with maybe p&j or manjula. Anyone know what it could be?

No, epipremnum aureum are flower shy and are not propagated by seed. So you won’t have crosses like that. Espicially not with ‘pearls n jade’ that cultivar was created through radiation.
