I'm living at a rental property in the PNW. There's several distinctive trees on the property and this cherry tree is right in front of my porch. I'm curious if someone would tell me how old it could be and how much longer it's got?
I'm pretty sure it's holding up the hillside the house sits on.

Nice tree, you can tell it’s been through a lot and has lived a full life. It’s hard to tell how long a tree has left. Could be a month, could be a year, could be 10! Looks like it’s leaning away from the house too, which is always nice.
