More pictures. As suggested I added more pictures. More info, In Maryland after looking at other trees on my property this is the only one that has these mushrooms. Definitely worried about it.

That’s not your tree, reach ouch to town, municipal, city, whatever and let them know. Those fruiting bodies makes me quiver
I doubt that tree is considered on your property, it’s on the easement between the sidewalk and the street making it the cities most likely. So it would be unlikely you could do anything yourself to the tree, like trimming or removing because it’s the cities tree.
Call the city or county
