Extremely invasive in North America. Had one right up against my house when we bought it, cut it down immediately and I still get small sprouts all over my yard 4 years later.
They grow very fast and disperse seeds everywhere. It’s going to ruin your yard.

In Iowa we call it a button weed as the seed pods resemble buttons. Pull it before it drops seeds.

The flower buds are not paulownia, so yes, maybe the button weed… Malvaceae ; I learned it as butter print plant; Abutilon theophrasti?
