This looks more like a deficiency to me. I’m thinking magnesium. Are you fertilizing it? What are you using?

This looks like a deficiency to me as well, presumably the imported soil for the raised bed was turned into the native soil, because those roots are way down in the native soil by now and native soil on the Front Range is low fertility. I’d make sure a complete liquid fertilizer with micronutrients too is applied ASAP and weekly hereafter (not a liquid cup but at least a gallon mixture, maybe two gal. the first time), then in fall do a good double-dig with compost on at least this bed for whatever crop will be there next year.
