Is it in shade with the wall? Mint likes full sun

Take it out of the pot and shake the soil of and loosen up the roots a bit.

Then but it back in the pot with fresh soil and water it.

    Bosh, new plant

Over or under watering? Try repotting it with some fresh compost.

When watering, use water that you’ve steeped banana skins in it. They seem to love it, I use it on all my herbs and plants.

Root congestion, needs the roots loosened and repotted as suggested above.

Root congestion. They grow exponentially under what you see. Mint has a root structure that is vast. You need to plant outside the pot, or take the time to time the roots to semi bonsai it and repot. Best of luck 🤞 🙏💜
