I got her yesterday from ikea, taking her in for a shower now cos I’ve noticed a lot of dust on the leaves etc., gonna be repotting in about a week as this is when I’ll be able to get a second set of hands to help with it. I noticed at least 3 leaves have some issues. Should I do something with them (cut them out) or let them be?

I’d never cut a green leaf on most plants. If it’s green it’s doing photosynthesis. I’d personally think this looks like a root problem. If it does have root rot: Cut off the rotting parts with a clean cut while reporting.
Some of the leaves look like they have pests.
I don’t cut a leaf entirely off until the whole thing (or like 90%) is crunchy and dead. I am guilty of cutting dead or ugly portions of leaves off though 😅 we like to be looking fresh around here
