My first flowering. I’ve had this house plant for years without flowers. Wonder if the 100 degree weather triggered it. It smells so strong at night, a bit like jasmine, honeysuckle or gardenia. The whole house smells so fragrant that it’s almost a bit much.

I have like a hedge of them and they flower every year. The smell is wonderful when you get just a waft of it at night but if you get to close it smells like someone poured a bottle of fragrance in a bathroom that has poor ventilation. Overwhelming

Sansevieria fasciata(re classified) in flower smells great too.
