They’re fine. They like a bright windowsill but not cactus level full sun.
Get a bowl of water, add some indoor plant food & let them soak for a couple of hours. Top watering doesn’t always work best & soaking them lets them drink what they want.
They’d both benefit from a bigger pot, and some fresh soil with good drainage, but they’re absolutely salvageable.
Nothing wrong with them at all, they look great…Tgey are succulents, very very little water…
The one on the left, name is escaping me… Its perfectly normal to have reddish, tips its the plant doing its thing, notice how that color is consitent throughout the plant….
All good it seems, panic over 😂
