It is fine, but you might water it a little more.
Looks good to me, just needs a tad more water. If you’re referring to the growths coming out of the bottom, those are roots
I would say sentience and playing naughts and crosses would be considered acting weird.
The little guy it throwing roots, you can leave them be or cut those little branches off and make new plants
