You need to shake it 3x day for a minute or blow a fan on it regularly this will fatten up your stem for top growth and strengthen it
An a top chop is know to strengthen the trunk/stem.

Your plant is growing towards to window..and this tropical plant needs sunlight so much..it’s better to move closer to window not in this corner..and don’t let leaves always touch the wall..
