Hello everyone!
I have this beauty for 3 years now and ever though she grows new leaves her trunk is very thin and she hasn't grown that much.
Is that natural? Are they slow growers?
Should I probably use some fertilizer? And if so, in what NPK ratio?
I gently shake her every once in a while to strengthen her and rotate her pot (even though she has not grown evenly).
Every suggestion will be much appreciated!

If you want to keep its height, grow more branches and a thicker trunk..you just “always” pluck terminal buds off..more buds will grow along the trunk…..
This tropical plant needs sunlight so much..it’s better to place it by brighter window/spot..l suggest watering it once every 10-14days(must water it thoroughly each time)

Shake the trunk everyday to get it stronger. Add a grow light & FLF fertilizer (<$15) and you’ll be amazed at the results!!

And another question: when do they need repoting?

You must shake the stem 3xday for a minute or regularly blow a fan on it regularly this will fatten up your stem for top growth A top chop will strengthen it also
This will simulate nature your trunk will fatten

More light, and either shake or prune to encourage branching and stem/trunk thickening.
