It will look very sparse separated. I prefer to keep mine together and just size up in pots if it needs to be repotted.

I wouldn’t I would just chop the 2 skinny ones so their trunks can grow thicker and stronger

I don’t separate at this stage. As they are sharing a root system, and plants this size don’t response well to the separation as they are heavily relying on roots to sustain their large size. I have successfully separated plants when they are smaller, but at this stage, I just let them be.
Hydrate the roots first, if you do decide to separate them, and be prepared for some leaf loss.
