Is this root rot? please help

Hi fiddle leaf friends!

This morning my large fiddle leaf who is my pride and joy that I have had for 5+ years dropped two leaves which both have brown spots in the exact same area. Overall she looks pretty healthy and has been giving me new leaves but I have found a few more brown spots which I have attached photos of and am worried I have root root which I’ve never had to deal with before (eek I’m scared).

For context where I live is heading into winter so we have had a big temperature drop recently and I wonder if she hasn’t liked that?

Is this root rot/ any ideas?
